Product Description

● Filter consumables with multiple accuracy grades from 7μ to 50μ, used for vacuum negative pressure paper band filters, Hoffman filters, and gravity paper band filters.

● Custom-cut filter consumables available; paper rolls can be made in various specifications up to 2300mm maximum.

● Paper rolls come in various diameters and paper tube inner diameters; filter paper thickness 0.12-0.49mm, weight 18-82g/m².

● The selection of filter consumables is as important as the filtration equipment already in use. Materials for filter consumables typically include polypropylene, polyester, polypropylene, synthetic fibers, polyester-cellulose blends, etc.

● The wet tensile strength of filter paper is crucial, as it must have sufficient strength in working conditions to pull its own weight, the weight of the filter cake on its surface, and overcome friction with the chain.

● When selecting filter paper, factors such as the required filtration accuracy, specific type of filtration equipment, temperature and pH of the coolant must be considered.

● Filter paper must be continuous along the length without seams to prevent leakage of impurities.

● Filter paper should have uniform thickness and evenly distributed fibers in both directions.
